WHEREAS, there is a need to remove the Model Train Building Work Rooms project from the FY18 Capital Projects Planning Document, and
WHEREAS, the project will be performed from the Depot Museum Building Maintenance Account and will be paid from the Depot Museum Restricted Cash Account.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates $4,800.00 to Account No. 01-623-4010 to perform the Model Train Building Work Rooms project.
SECTION 2: Approves the project cost to be paid from the Depot Museum Restricted Cash Account.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
