WHEREAS, the Recreation Department is in need of the additional zero turn mower for field maintenance that is budgeted for $12,500.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the the purchase of a zero turn 60" mower for $9,835 from account 01-628-7010.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
