WHEREAS, Engineering has been asked to obtain Professional Services for possible turn lane improvements/additions at the SR 59 and Fern Ave intersection, and
WHEREAS, Baskerville-Donovan, Inc. has provided a proposal for survey and design services in the amount of $84,900.00, and
WHEREAS, Engineering recommends appropriating $84,900.00 and approving Baskerville-Donovan, Inc.'s proposal for $84,900.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts Baskerville-Donovan, Inc.'s proposal for Professional Services and appropriates $84,900.00 under Account No. 400-3020-5165
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
