WHEREAS, The Sports Tourism Department requests to modify positions within the department to align with the essential functions employees are performing.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends the Pay Classification Plan in the Sports Tourism Department by eliminating one (1) slot in the position of Field Maintenance Worker I (Job Code 5040116 / Grade 70) and authorizing one (1) additional slot in the position of Field Maintenance Worker II (Job Code 5040118 / Grade 80)
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
