WHEREAS, there is a need for traffic calming at the Dog Park location, and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has reviewed this request and this location warrants the installation of three speed bumps.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the transfer of $572.88 from Account No. 12-600-9375 A14 GCE to Account No. 12-665-7333 R12 DOG PK, and approves installing three speed bumps at the Dog Park.
SECTION 2: Approves the purchase from Treetop Products for three speed bumps and six end caps.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
