WHEREAS, Engineering received a request for a street light to be installed near 211 West Satsuma Avenue; and
WHEREAS, we received a quote from Riviera Utilities for a new street in the amount of $50.00 for the installation charge and a $6.00 current monthly fee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the one-time installation charge from Riviera Utilities and appropriates $50.00 under Account No #100-3020-6012 and a currently monthly fee of $6.00 under Account No# 100-1012-6123.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
