WHEREAS, Engineering received a proposal for Professional Services from Goodwyn Mills Cawood, LLC. in the amount of $3,300 for Task 1 Boundary Survey and $2,500 for Task 2 Topographic Survey, as an optional add-on, for the replat of Parcel No. 05-54-05-21-3-000-014.004.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves GMC's Professional Services Agreement and appropriates $5,800 under Account No. 400-9200-5100.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
