WHEREAS, Municipal Court recently replaced approximately 200 courtroom chairs, and
WHEREAS, no other department can utilize the chairs so they are no longer needed for public purpose.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves disposel of approximately 200 courtroom chairs no longer needed for public purpose by the best means possible.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
