WHEREAS, Ecumenical Ministries, Inc. requested placing five 18" x 45" banners on poles located throughout the City advertising Ecumenical Ministries "Chili for Charity" annual fundraiser event, which is scheduled for March 7, 2019.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the placement of five 18" x 45" banners advertising the annual fundraiser of "Chili for Charity" located on poles throughout the City beginning February 8, 2019 through March 8, 2019.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
