WHEREAS,
WHEREAS, the the current city website is outdated; and,
WHEREAS, the marketing department conducted significant research to find a company to design a new site ; and,
WHEREAS, Global Marketing Solutions best meets the specifications identified,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: The city approve a contract with Global Marketing Solutions in the amount of $18,736 to create a new city of Foley website.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
