WHEREAS, on June 21, 2021, Council adopted Resolution 21-1188 Approving Bid Solicitation For New Flag Pole, and
WHEREAS, Resolution 21-1188 also approved the installment of a 90 ft pole located at the parking area between 203 S. McKenzie Street and 219 S. McKenzie Street, and
WHEREAS, the City's Engineering Department has competed the flag location and parking lot design.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purposed flag location and parking lot design that is attached and made a permanent part of this resolution.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
