WHEREAS, Gonzalez-Strength's professional services for the design of a public road near the corner of Foley Beach Express and Miflin Road was approved per Resolution 23-1270, and
WHEREAS, Gonzalez-Strength has completed the design and has submitted a proposal via an additional services amendment proposal for design and analysis for alternative drainage solutions in ditch along CR20 and to update sidewalk to tie to Publix site, and
WHEREAS, Engineering recommends approving the additional services amendment proposal.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorize the additional services amendment proposal from Gonzalez-Strength and appropriate $4,000 to Account No# 400-3020-5171
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
