WHEREAS, the Municipal Complex Director requests the approval to transfer funds from various Senior Center Operational Accounts to cover various purchases for the Municipal Complex.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Transfers $13,500.00 as follows:
$6,500 FROM 100-5070-6178 (Dance Expense) TO 100-1020-6010 (Bldg & Grounds)
$2,500 FROM 100-5070-6052 (Public Relations) TO 100-1020-6053 (Sm Tools/Equip/Furniture)
$3,500 FROM 100-5070-6178 (Dance Expense) TO 100-1020-6053 (Sm Tools/Equip/Furniture)
$1000 FROM 100-5070-6177 (Senior Socials) TO 100-1020-6010 (Bldg & Grounds)
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
