A Resolution to Request Permission to Solicit Architectural and Engineering Firms to Develop a Foley Senior Center Facility
Summary
Leisure Services ask Council Approval to seek Request for Proposal (RFP) from architectural and engineering firms to provide professional design services. It is our intention to advertise for an architectural and engineering firm to develop a Foley Senior Center Facility, to be constructed directly west of the renovated Foley Armory Building. Staff will come back to Council after the proposals are evaluated with a plan to move forward.

WHEREAS, a Request for Proposal (RFP) has been prepared for the solicitation of a qualified architectural and engineering firm to provide professional services for the development of a Foley Senior Center Facility.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes staff to advertise for a qualified architectural and engineering firm and to release the RFP to interested parties.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
