WHEREAS, Engineering is requesting to memorialize $9,100 for the Professional Service Proposal from GMC for the Mills Community Annexation, and
WHEREAS, there will be a survey, advertising and other costs associated with the Mills Community Annexation process, and
WHEREAS, Engineering is requesting to appropriate $10,000 to Account No. 100-1011-6126
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Memorializes the Professional Services Proposal from GMC for the Mills Community Annexation and appropriates $10,000 to Account No. 100-1011-6126 - Annexation Expense to cover the cost of the GMC proposal and the remaining balance will cover additional annexation expenses.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
