WHEREAS, multiple departments submitted requests for job analysis which were conducted and resulted in amendments to the Pay Classification Plan and budget neutral transfers of funds.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends the Pay Classification Plan and authorizes the budget neutral adjustments for the following:
* Upgrade the position of Street Supervisor from a Grade 170 to a Grade 220, eliminate Job Code 3010109 and authorize Job Code 3010117.
* Eliminate the position of Sports & Events Sales Manager (Job Code 5030108 / Grade 130) and authorize the new position of Special Projects & Events Manager (Job Code 5030113 / Grade 180).
SECTION 2: Amends the Pay Classification Plan by converting 1 slot in the position of Field Maintenance Worker I (Job Code 5030101 / Grade 50) to 1 additional slot in the position of Field Maintenance Worker II (Job Code 5030102 / Grade 70).
SECTION 3: Amends the Pay Classification Plan by eliminating 2 slots in the position of Crime Analyst/Records Clerk (Job Code 2010106 / Grade 70), authorizes 1 slot in the position of Records Clerk (Job Code 2010148 / Grade 60) and authorizes 1 slot in the position of Criminal Intelligence Specialist (Job Code 2010149 / Grade 110).
SECTION 4: Amends the Pay Classification Plan by assigning Job Code 1010135 / Grade 150 to the Revenue Auditor position that was approved in the FY22 budget for third quarter.
SECTION 5: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
