WHEREAS, the Foley Senior Center has budgeted $50,000 for a new SUV under the FY26 Capital Purchase Account #100-5070-5100, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves going to bid for a new SUV not to exceed $50,000 budgeted under Account 100-5070-5100.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
