WHEREAS, the City had a previous sublease agreement with Forland Farms for the space occupied by the City's ice distribution equipment, and
WHEREAS, the building has been bought and the City needs to approve a new lease agreement with Boss Hawg Investments, LLC for the space occupied by the ice equipment.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves a Lease Agreement with Boss Hawg Investments, LLC for the Ice Distribution Center.
SECTION 2: Council authorizes the Mayor and other City officials to execute the contract.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
