WHEREAS, the Friends of the Foley Library have donated $40,000 to the Library to be used for purchasing equipment for the new library.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the donation of $40,000 from the Friends of the Foley Library and amends revenue account #100-5020-4651 accordingly.
SECTION 2: Approves the use of the donation to be used for purchasing equipment for the new library and amends small tools account #100-5020-6053.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
