WHEREAS, Anne Smith is requesting the use of 6-8 tables for Little Rock Missionary Baptist Church's Vacation Bible School on June 10, 2016, and
WHEREAS, the request also includes the Parks Department to deliver the tables to the church located at 17542 Little Rock Road.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the use and delivery of tables to Little Rock Missionary Baptist Church for their Vacation Bible School on June 10, 2016 contingent upon legal review.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
