WHEREAS, a new utility tractor was budgeted for $50,000 in FY24 for Street - Maintenance as an addition under Account #100-3012-5100, AND
WHEREAS, Street - Maintenance requests to appropriate of $50,000.00 to account # 100-3012-5100 for this budgeted purchase , AND
WHEREAS, Street - Maintenance requests to purchase a Massey Ferguson 2860 M Utility Tractor for $49,070.00 from JBT Power, sourcewell contract #082923-AGCO, under Account #100-3012-5100.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates $50,000.00 to account # 100-3012-5100 for the budgeted utility tractor.
SECTION 2: Approves the purchase of a Massey Ferguson 2860 M Utility Tractor for $49,070.00 from JBT Power, sourcewell contract #082923-AGCO, under Account #100-3012-5100.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
