WHEREAS, Baldwin County is seeking to replace the Miflin Community Center as a polling place for Precinct 33 after the Special Election Cycle 2017, and
WHEREAS, the County is asking to waive the fees for the use of the Graham Creek Interpretive Center as the polling place for Precinct 33 if it meets all the criteria for a polling place according to the Elections Coordinator.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of the Interpretive Center for Baldwin County to be used as Precinct 33 polling place.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
