WHEREAS, The Sports Tourism Department would like to convert the position of Building Maintenance Crew Leader to a Building Maintenance Worker II due to a recent vacancy and to better support the department at this time.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends the Pay Classification Plan by converting one slot of Building Maintenance Crew Leader (Job code 5040111 / Pay grade 110) to one additional slot of Building Maintenance Worker II (Job code 5040103 / Pay grade 70).
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
