WHEREAS, on July 7, 2025 the City of Foley received a Business License application for Southern Grace Bridal & Tuxedo, LLC from Kayla Shepard
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Denies the business license application filed by Kayla Shepard for Southern Grace Bridal & Tuxedo, LLC.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
