WHEREAS, The Marketing Department requested to move forward with a capital purchase of a projector for Music and a Movie under RES 22-1077, and
WHEREAS, however, the Marketing Department was able to find the projector from BlueAlly for $3,961.93, and
WHEREAS, the reduction in cost changes the purchase classification from a capital purchase to a small tools purchase, and
WHEREAS, the Marketing Department requests to move $3,961.93 from their capital purchase account 100-5060-5100 to their small tools account 100-5060-6053.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the budget transfer of $3,961.93 from capital purchase account 100-5060-5100 to small tools account 100-5060-6053.
SECTION 2: Approves the purchase of the projector from BlueAlly for $3,961.93.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
