WHEREAS, Prudential, the City's current insurance carrier for employee Life, AD&D, and Short and Long Term Disability Coverage, has submitted a proposal without a rate increase and at a 2-year rate guarantee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves Prudential's renewal proposal as shown on the attached renewal proposal, effective date of April 1, 2020.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
