WHEREAS, the City of Foley has received a quote from Landscape Workshop in the amount of $12,900.00 for the purchase and installation of tree lighting on Pine Street.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates $14,000.00 to Account NO. 100-5050-6010 Landscape Improvements Horticulture.
SECTION 2: Approves the expenditure in an amount not to exceed $14,000.00 to Landscape Workshop for the purchase and installation of the tree lighting on Pine Street.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
