WHEREAS, Ed Chavis is requesting to use Max Griffin Park on May 30, 2016 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm for the Veteran's Memorial Day Ceremony.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the American Legion Post 99 to use the stage and sound system at Max Griffin Park on May 28, 2018 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm for the Veteran's Memorial Day Ceremony.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
