WHEREAS, The Part-Time Welcome Center Aide Position in the Marketing Department is performing new Essential Duties beyond the scope of an Aide. The new Essential Duties consist of higher level KSA’s that are associated with Administrative Assistant II duties. The Job Analysis (data attached) supports upgrade of position to G-70.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves amendment to the Pay Classification Plan to upgrade the Part-Time Welcome Center Aide (G-20) to a Part-Time Administrative Assistant II (G-70).
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
