WHEREAS, the Municipal Complex has budgeted $65,000 for a new truck in the FY24 budget under account 100-1020-5100, and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Complex wishes to proceed with the invitation to bid and purchase if the bids come back below budget.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the Municipal Complex to move forward with the purchase of a truck not to exceed $65,000.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
