WHEREAS, We need to memorialize Volkert's Agreement for ESA Phase 1 for the First Responders Safe Room property.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Memorializes the agreement with Volkert for Environmental Site Assessment Phase 1 for the First Responder Safe Room property and appropriates funds in the amount of $2,500 under Account No. 400-9200-5100.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
