WHEREAS, Nature Parks is requesting to go to bid on two pavilions for Graham Creek Nature Preserve, and
WHEREAS, the capital projects plan in the current budget year included pavilion(s) with a planned budget of $60,000.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the pavilions project to go to bid and amends Account #400-5090-5117 Pavilion(s), accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
