WHEREAS, There is a need to adjust a pay grade a grade and job title within the Foley Police Department.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes amending the Pay Classification Plan (PCP) to convert one (1) slot in the position classification of Corporal/Narcotics (Job Code # 2010144) back to Sergeant/Narcotics (Job Code # 2010139) and increases the pay grade from G-180 to G-200, effective pay period beginning October 13, 2020.
SECTION 2: Authorizes an FY21 Budget Amendment in the approximate amount of $5,900 to fund this change with the adjustment accounts and amounts to be provided to the Finance Division by the HR Division
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
