WHEREAS, The Assistant Parks Superintendent position has not been active nor budgeted since July 28, 2015 and there is no intention to utilize that position in the future in the City's labor force.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes removing the Assistant Parks Superintendent position from the City's Pay Classification Plan effective immediately.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
