WHEREAS, a request was received to change the East Orange Avenue and South Poplar Street two-way stop intersection to a four-way stop intersection, and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department reviewed this request and this area warrants a four-way stop intersection.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves changing East Orange Avenue and South Poplar Street intersection to a four-way stop.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
