WHEREAS, the City Clerk's Department has budgeted $50,000 for a new SUV for the City Clerk's Office under Capital Purchase Account #100-1010-5100.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves going to bid for a new SUV in an amount not greater than $50,000 budgeted under Account 100-1010-5100.
SECTION 2: Approves the existing 2016 Ford Explorer (Asset# 10184; Vin# 1FM5K7B84GGC91546) to be used as a shared vehicle for City Hall.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
