WHEREAS, Pride Drive received a Notice of Violation from the AL Dept. Environmental Management for sediment loss into the wetlands, and
WHEREAS, Volkert prepared a proposal to fulfill the requirements of a soil loss survey and removal at the Pride Drive project for a cost of $6000.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the contract with Volkert for the soil loss survey and removal at Pride Drive and appropriates $6000.00 to Account No. 12-665-7311 Q88 PROF.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
