WHEREAS, the Revenue Department is requesting to purchase an electric vehicle for auditing purposes and;
WHEREAS, the capital equipment purchase is included in the current budget year for $40,000 under account 100-1014-5100 and;
WHEREAS, the Revenue Department requests to go to bid for the electric vehicle.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the Revenue Department to go to bid for an electric vehicle for auditing.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
