WHEREAS, the Fire Department has outdated assets that are no longer used, and
WHEREAS, it is desired that these items be declared as surplus and disposed of in the best possible manner.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares the outdated assets listed in the attached document as surplus and authorizes the disposal of these items in the best possible manner. The attached list shall become a permanent part of this resolution.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
