WHEREAS, Engineering Department has received a request to place three-way stops in three areas of the Glen Lakes Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, Engineering Department recommends three-way stops at the intersections of Clubhouse Drive at Bunker Lane and Lakeview Drive at Bunker Lane.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the installation of three-way stops at the intersections of Clubhouse Drive at Bunker Lane and Lakeview Drive at Bunker Lane.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
