WHEREAS, there will be a project for drainage improvements and a turn lane at the Fairway Drive entrance from County Road 20, and
WHEREAS, Hutchinson, Moore & Rauch, LLC has submitted a contract to perform the survey of this project area, and
WHEREAS, $105,750.00 was added to the planning document for the Fairway Drive Entrance Drainage Improvements and Turn Lane project for FY16.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves Hutchinson, Moore & Rauch, LLC’s contract for surveying in the amount of $2,000.00 for Account No. 12-665-7367.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
