WHEREAS, the City Council intends to improve and extend Pilgrim Street, and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department solicited a design proposal for Phase 2 of the Project to improve from East Jackson Street to East Jefferson Avenue, and
WHEREAS, Pillar LLC has submitted a proposal for the Pilgrim Street Design Phase 2 Project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves Pillar LLC's proposal and appropriates $21,540.00 to Account No #400-3010-5100 CR-9
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
