WHEREAS, Street Department requests permission to purchase a 2026 Ford F150 SuperCab 4x4 Pickup from Stivers Ford Lincoln for $45,357.00 under state contract #MA220000003128-13 , and
WHEREAS, this is a planned FY26 purchase under account #100-2041-5100 for $50,000.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of a 2026 Ford F150 SuperCab 4x4 Pickup from Stivers Ford Lincoln for $45,357.00 under state contract #MA220000003128-13, under account #100-2041-5100.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
