WHEREAS, The Engineering building had roof damage as a result of Hurricane Sally,
WHEREAS, we received a proposal from Amerson Roofing Inc., and
WHEREAS, the repairs are subject to insurance reimbursement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts Amerson Roofing Inc.'s proposal for the roof repairs to the Engineering Building.
SECTION 2: Appropriates funds in the amount of $35,000, which are subject to insurance reimbursement, under Account No. 100-9200-5101 S03.1 E2.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
