A Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Sign a License and Use Agreement with Baldwin County Board of Education
Summary
We are working with the Baldwin County Board of Education to upgrade two of their fields at Foley High School. The upgrade will enable us to better support the Foley Youth Football program, a flag football program, as well as supporting our school teams. Our plans include installing lights on the practice field and adding 4 sets of bleachers for spectators. We will take over maintenance of the fields. We are not requesting any money at this time for the actual upgrades we would provide.

WHEREAS, the City of Foley would like to provide better facilities for Foley Youth Football and a Flag Football Program, and
WHEREAS, Foley High School would like to provide additional support to Foley High School by providing maintenance of two fields;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
Section 1: Approves the Mayor signing a license and use agreement with the Baldwin County Board of Education.
Section 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
