WHEREAS, We are requesting authorization to advertise, solicit bids, and appropriate electrical funding for the new Public Works Complex Project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes advertisement and solicitation of bids and appropriates $500.00 to Account No# 400-1060-5100 R66 for advertising expenses.
SECTION 2: Approves and appropriates funds in the amount of $130,000.00 to Account No# 400-1060-5100 R66 for bidding the electrical portion of the new Public Works Complex Project.
SECTION 3: Authorize making award of bid in an amount not to exceed $130,000.00.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
