WHEREAS, the South Baldwin Chapter Relay is requesting to use Heritage Park and have fees waived for the 2018 ACS South Baldwin Relay for Life.
WHEREAS, the event is held to raise money for the American Cancer Society.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the 2018 ACS South Baldwin Relay for Life to be held Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Heritage Park from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
SECTION 2: Approves waiving the fees for the use of Heritage Park for this event.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
