WHEREAS, The City of Foley wishes to subdivide the Foley Beach Express ROW out from the Industrial Park Parcel.
WHEREAS, a survey and a preliminary plat are required for Planning Commission approval to create the subdividing of the Foley Beach Express ROW out from the Industrial Park Parcel.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approve the survey proposal from Goodwyn Mills Cawood and appropriate funds in the amount of $7,000.00 for the survey and preliminary plat for the subdividing of the Foley Beach Express ROW under Account No# 100-3020-6020.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
