WHEREAS, Resolution 25-1361 approved going to bid for the construction of the First Responder Hurricane Safe Room (Shelter); and
WHEREAS, GeoCon has submitted a professional services proposal for Construction Materials Testing (CMT) and site work observations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes the Mayor to sign the proposal, approves GeoCon's professional services proposal, and appropriate $18,000 under Account No# 400-9200-5100 SO3.1
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
