WHEREAS, Bender Road South Improvement Project was approved through Res. 17-1289 under Account 400 (12)-665-7127 A18 BENDER, and
WHEREAS, Riviera Utilities has a substation on Bender Road South and has agreed to a funding participation in the amount of $3,000 to cover additional improvements done by EcoTechnical.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends Account No. 400-665-7127 A18 BENDER in the amount of $3,000.00 to cover the cost of additional improvements done to Bender Road South by EcoTechnical.
SECTION 2: Accepts Riviera Utilities funding participation in the amount of $3,000.00 and amends Account No. 400-5836.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
